What we collect

When you use the contact form or write to us by email, we receive your name, your email address and the content of your message. We collect nothing else through this website.

Why we collect it

We use the information only to read and reply to your message and to continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). If you share field experience with us, we only use it in our research in the form you agree to, and anonymously if you prefer.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is relevant, and at the latest deleted two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with anyone. Our web host and email provider process the messages on our behalf so that they can be delivered.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

Your rights

You have the right to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Write to contact@stodmedical.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
